Overhead Crane

Overhead crane is a lifting equipment that is mounted on the track of the fixed struts between the hips of a building and used in workshops, warehouses, etc., for loading, unloading and lifting work indoors or in the open air. Overhead crane models mainly include the following types:

• LD Overhead crane: This is a light overhead crane with a lifting weight of 1-32 tons and a span of 7.5-28.5 meters. Suitable for factories, warehouses, workshops, docks and other occasions, the work level is A3, A4, suitable for light work.
• QD Overhead crane: medium and heavy overhead crane, lifting weight of 5-450 tons, span of 10.5-31.5 meters. It is suitable for plants, logistics parks, docks, airports and other occasions where large objects need to be lifted, and the work level is A5, A6, suitable for medium and heavy duty operations.
• MG Overhead crane: small and medium-sized overhead crane, lifting weight of 3-20 tons, span of 10-20 meters. Compared with LD type crane, MG type crane lifting height is higher, suitable for high-altitude work occasions, the work level has A4, A5.
• NLH Overhead crane: heavy overhead crane, lifting weight of 50-500 tons, span of 18-35 meters. Suitable for heavy industry, such as steel, cement, shipbuilding, wind power and other industries, the work level is A5, A6, suitable for heavy duty operations.
• Structural composition: bridge crane is composed of bridge, cart, car, lifting mechanism, electrical equipment and so on. It is mounted across the workshop, warehouse and storage yard for material lifting, both ends are located on tall cement columns or metal supports, the shape of a bridge. The bridge frame of the bridge crane runs longitudinally along the track laid on both sides of the elevated frame, which can make full use of the space below the bridge to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment.
• Application fields: widely used in manufacturing industry, logistics industry, port, dock, dock, warehouse and other occasions.
