Inspection before operation:

If any fault occurs during the lifting process, it should be reported to the commander immediately, and no one should leave the post without permission.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out hoisting operations in wind speeds above level 5 or in rainy and foggy days. Equipment or components must not be suspended overnight during hoisting.
Safety operating procedures:
During hoisting operations, you must stay away from dangerous areas, such as under the boom, under the hoisted object, and in front of the hoisting area of the hoisted object.
Correctly understand the safety factor of the slings to avoid the dangers caused by overweight operations.
Firmly tie the hoisted object, use the "lock" instead of the "pocket" method, and take "pad" measures for sharp edges.
Strengthen the welding quality of the temporary lifting nose to ensure that it can safely withstand various stresses in the lifting operation.
Reasonably select lifting tools and lifting points to ensure that they can safely and effectively support and move the hoisted object.
Maintenance:
Regularly check the various components and systems of the lifting machinery, including the lubrication system, electrical system, braking system, etc.
Regularly lubricate various parts of the lifting machinery to ensure that the equipment can operate flexibly and prevent wear and friction.
Keep the lifting machinery clean, clean up debris and dust in time, and ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
Deal with the failure of the lifting machinery in time. If you encounter a failure that cannot be solved, you should stop using it immediately and ask professionals to repair it.
